? Why / When would I use eCyber Assistant? · The logic behind contracting for an eCyber Assistant should be one of cost reduction and increased production through improved efficiency. The primary duties of an Assistant, therefore, should be those that are already being done (or should be done) by someone in your organization. Beyond that, special projects (such as finding candidates) can be assigned on an as-needed basis. ? How do I gain access to my database? · Your data must be accessible via the Internet. We can suggest several tools that will allow your Virtual Assistant to connect remotely. ? How safe is my data? · We do nothing to compromise the safety of your data. Access by an eCyber Assistant is no different than access by an on-site employee. A Confidentiality clause is also included in our Service Agreement. ? How long does it take to train the Virtual Assistant on my requirements? · Not long at all. Most projects require only a day or two of training and testing. ? Do I have to make a long-term commitment? · No. ? How long has this service been offered? · Since 2001 |
